Visual communications is the language through which I understand the world best. And while it seeps into all that I am, I manage to live in moments sans design. I like taking in a good DVD at home with my wife, playing kick-dodge ball with my daughter in our empty living room, giving my little son a good zero-gravity bounce to keep him groovy. I find peace in these moments.

I also enjoy expressing myself through poetry occasionally and have for over 15 years. Xbox 360 is a good place to achieve things you can't (or shouldn't) in the real world. But fun as it is, I stay off of Live (I like to keep my humiliation local). Music, NPR, self-improvement books and long silent drives round off my usual favorites.
